Some of you may wonder, why Wendy's kitchen? I used to cook professionally and I find that everything interesting and creative takes place in the kitchen. My blog will include weekly updates to share with you regarding our hospitality industry.

Hotel members, please feel free to let me know of any news, renovations, awards etc. that you may want to share with our members and partners. I will address local, state and national advocacy updates affecting our industry.

Our focus this year will be to continue our sustainable efforts with our Sustainable Hospitality Council, increase business opportunities for our Allied and Allied Upgrade Members with our hotels and promote our hospitality educational institutions not only for the students but for our leadership to support.
