Miami is quickly becoming one of the restaurants capitals of the country, if not the world, with top chefs and owners looking to open restaurants in our community. While the competition is tough, we believe that we can work together to continue our emergence as a leader. We established the Restaurant Group to educate and advocate for local restaurant issues. We recognize the need for ongoing education for restaurant owners and employees, ranging from city permitting requirements to server training.
